The bed is comfy but bouncy. The room is simple and large enough for solo travellers. Receptions was great and quick.

No hot water for showering, the toilet drainage was clogged, the aircond was broken, and there was no towel.

We booked this for one night to take the bus the next day and this place is right next to the station which was nice!

We couldnt sleep because it smelled so much cigarette in our room it was hard to breathe in. The sheets had a few stains and spider web was hanging down from the ceiling.Our room was next to an area with all the AC fans were and the window was broken so we heard the fans all night, very loud

Location is strategic. Just across the road from Sg Nibong Bus Terminal. Food and drinks are nearby. Check in and check out process was smooth. Staffs also are helpful and reliable.

Not worth it for the money. Room very very small, dodgy and uncomfortable.

As I just need place to sleep, I'm satisfied with the service as it is very economic.. Its in shop area. N within walking distance from food vendors (night time)

The location is just near to bus station and got restaurant in front.

Cleanliness specifically the bed. Too much dust.,obviously never clean. No lift, so if you have heavy luggage good luck to you specifically if youre lady. Im just lucky i met some guests who help me bring up my 2 luggage.Staff are not accommodating. Not worth the money.

We dont have much choice since AA delay our flight schedule. This is the nearest with cheapest price there. Booked for one day but only stay for 3 hours because of the hotel bad condition. If your flight delay, better just stay at airport. Not worth to stay here if compare with other same range price hotel.

When I enter the room, there is alive cockroach on the bed. When look closer.. got small worm looks like garbage worm but with orange pointy head.. it crawling in and out of the blanket (the room got two bed, one single one double this worm n cockcroach at single bed). The floor feel sticky.. the bed linen dirty.. there is a lot of spider web at the ceiling, picture on the wall..the toilet alsooo weird like got huge pipe casing next to the toilet seat sooo we cant really use it. The bed also not comfy as just laying down for few minutes already feel back pain. I been to some other hotel around this price in johor but never found as bad as this.

She did not want to give us the room that I have booked and in the end after we have insisted a lot she has given us a single room and made us pay the same money. The room was soooo dirty and with beatles!!! We could not sleep at all! We could not leave before morning because we have arrived at midnight and we had the flight early morning and we needed to get some rest after 18hours of travel so we have tried our best but we could not rest at all. We didn't even have the courage to go to the toilet. It was the worst hotel in my life. What a horrible experience!

1)the room was small,luckily got it at discount price of rm70+ only, if the price was rm140, we would hv asked to change it2) the tv is the smallest i hv ever seen and hv to call the staff 'cos can't on it but we just off it cos tooooo small to see anything3) there were cockroaches in the room and toilet4) the toilet is bad too....with all the big2 water outlet paip in the toilet....the hose keep coming off the faucet, i tied rubber band to keep it from coming off5) no cupboard, only hooks hanged on the door with 1 hanger.... luckily we brought our own hangersluckily we stayed for only 1 night...next time 1 book a hotel room,i will make sure to read all the reviews

I got good deal coz booked the hotel via Booking.com so no big complain. However if I pay walk-in rate I will consider again.Stay 1 night here. There is a Malay Thai restaurant in front of the hotel (bonus no need to drive )Plenty of car park space.Overall, i paid less than RM50 for family deluxe

Maybe can upgrade TV- the current TV not even can watch. Put signage at the stairs as it quite steep.Just bad experience coz 'kena sidai' about 30 minutes before check in. And lot of NOISE from outside.
